Techtronic Industries collaborates with Vietnamese Universities to open up more career opportunities for students

As part of the company’s strategy in developing high-quality human resources, Techtronic Industries Vietnam (TTI Vietnam) has partnered with Universities in Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong to organize a series of activities such as TTI Day, Job Fair, and Cordless Power Tool Factory Tour,... to provide students with opportunities to explore, experience and expand their career prospects at TTI Vietnam.

Those activities are also part of TTI’s partnerships with Universities in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) group to promote the interaction between the educational environment and businesses. Simultaneously, create a link to support the development of human resources in the country.

With TTI Days series of events, TTI has brought experienced teams and Powerful Brands such as Milwaukee and Ryobi to Universities to provide students with practical information about the Cordless Power Tools Industry. These events also offer insights into working in an international, multicultural, and competitive environment, diverse career opportunities across TTI as well as the chance to experience cordless products in reality.

For Job Fairs organized by Universities, TTI has the opportunity to get closer and interact with a diverse range of students from different departments and majors. At these events, students will receive career counseling, professional knowledge, and work experience sharing from TTI’s engineers.

TTI organized activities that attract the attention of candidates during the Job Fair

To provide teachers and students with a real experience of cordless products factory operations, TTI organized Factory Tours with the participation of experienced engineers and industry experts. During the tour, students will explore the production process and learn how TTI applies international standards in product quality management. Specific skills and knowledge required for the job are also shared in this program.

Experience products from Strong Brands under TTI, including Milwaukee and RYOBI

After two years of implementation, the cooperation programs between TTI and Vietnamese Universities have reached over 3,800 students, providing them with industry knowledge and experiences. Many student CVs have been consulted by the company's human resources team, giving young people more helpful information to proactively improve their skills, knowledge and prepare better for the future.
