What you can expect
The Youth Development Program offers interns valuable experiences including a structured learning framework, career mentorship, project innovation, and skill development.
Eligibility Criteria
- Summer Internship Program: Open to undergraduate or postgraduate students of any discipline worldwide
- Job Shadowing Program: Open to high school students aged 16 or above at the program commencement
- Possess the right to take up internship in Hong Kong with approval from the Immigration Department
- Demonstrate strong intellectual curiosity and learning agility
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in and/or prior exposure in our industry
- Motivated and enthusiastic individuals
- Active participation in extracurricular activities
- Strong team player
- Proficiency in English
