Until 2008, he also served as Chief Executive Officer. As Chairman, Mr Pudwill focuses on the strategic planning and development of the Group and continues to have oversight of the operations, with the Chief Executive Officer reporting directly to him. Mr Pudwill has extensive experience in international trade, business and commerce. Mr Pudwill is also a director of Sunning Inc. which has an interest in the equity of the Company. <\/p>\n<p>Mr Pudwill holds a Master of Science Degree in Engineering and a General Commercial Degree.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Pudwill is the father of Mr Stephan Horst Pudwill, Group Executive Director and President of Strategic Planning.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"bodContentItem\">\n<div class=\"headlineTitle\">Joseph Galli Jr <span class=\"bodTitle\">BSBA, MBA<\/span><span class=\"bodPos\">Chief Executive Officer<\/span><\/div>\n<p>Mr Joseph Galli Jr, aged 54, joined the Group in 2006 as the Chief Executive Officer of Techtronic Appliances and was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of TTI effective February 1, 2008. He is responsible for integrating acquisitions in North America and Europe, and enhancing the global sales potential of the Group’s strong brand portfolio. He is also responsible for leading the management team in the Group’s daily operation.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Galli joined Black & Decker in 1980 where he worked for over 19 years and held various high level management positions, rising to the position of President of Worldwide Power Tools and Accessories. During his tenure at Black & Decker, he was responsible for highly successful launch of the “DeWalt<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>” Brand heavy duty power tools in 1992. After leaving Black & Decker, Mr Galli joined Amazon.com where he was President and Chief Operating Officer from 1999 to 2000. From 2001 to 2005, he was a Director and Chief Executive Officer of Newell Rubbermaid Inc. <\/p>\n<p>Mr Galli graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 1987, he obtained an MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"bodContentItem\">\n<div class=\"headlineTitle\">Patrick Kin Wah Chan <span class=\"bodTitle\">FCCA, FCPA<\/span><span class=\"bodPos\">Operations Director<\/span><\/div>\n<p>Mr Patrick Kin Wah Chan, aged 53, joined the Group in 1988 and was appointed as Executive Director in 1990. He is now in charge of the manufacturing operations of the Group.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Chan is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is currently an Executive Director of Dongguan City Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"bodContentItem\">\n<div class=\"headlineTitle\">Frank Chi Chung Chan <span class=\"bodTitle\">ACA, FCCA, FCPA, CPA (Practising)<\/span><span class=\"bodPos\">Group Chief Financial Officer<\/span><\/div>\n<p>Mr Frank Chi Chung Chan, aged 59, joined the Group in 1991 and was appointed as Executive Director in 1992. He is now responsible for corporate affairs and financial management of the Group.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Chan is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, an associate of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong and qualified to practise as a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong. <\/p>\n<p>He is currently an Independent Non-executive Director of Gold Peak Industries (Holdings) Limited, and an Independent Director of Tsit Wing International Holdings Limited, companies listed on the stock exchanges of Hong Kong and Singapore respectively.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"bodContentItem\">\n<div class=\"headlineTitle\">Stephan Horst Pudwill <span class=\"bodPos\">President of Strategic Planning<\/span><\/div>\n<p>Mr Stephan Horst Pudwill, aged 36, joined the Group in 2004 and was appointed as Executive Director in 2006.
